gem install mysql でエラー

CentOS5.1にgemでrubyのMySQL API をインストールした。

$ sudo gem install mysql

MySQL/Rubyを参考にして、--with-mysql-configオプションをつけてみた。

mysql-develをインストールする。

$ sudo yum install mysql-devel

改めてインストール。

$ sudo gem install mysql -- --with-mysql-config

Successfully installed mysql-2.7
